At Litehouse, we want your home to be your sanctuary, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all furniture and decor items to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't fit your space perfectly, we will work with you to make it right through a simple exchange or a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original Litehouse packaging with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location or contact our support team to schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture items.
